The spacious vacation home is located in Jumilhac Le Grand in Natural Perigord. With its large living room with loft and open kitchen, everyone feels at home. The living room with lovely lounge sofa includes TV - satellite and a Chrome-cast. The kitchen is fully equipped for good cooking. Both upstairs and downstairs is a bathroom with shower and toilet, one with a bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms available on request downstairs is the 4th bedroom possible, barrier-free. Through the patio doors you step onto the enclosed terrace. Enjoy the beautiful views over the hills and village There is a large piece of land around the house from where you can dip into your own private pool to cool off. Or enjoy the beautiful view from the picnic table under the apple orchard. Should you wish to explore the specialties of French cuisine, a visit to the weekly markets is highly recommended. They can be visited in the neighboring villages.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home is located in the Perigord-Limousin Nature Park. A nature reserve with forests as well as lakes and rivers. Enjoy the beautiful views of the glowing hills with the scenery of the French countryside. Red-brown Limousin cows graze here and there in the meadows and with a little luck you may encounter deer while walking. Some hiking trails start right from the cottage. 2 km away you will find the castle of Jumilhac on the village square. Here you will find the tourist office, a small supermarket, the butcher, the cafe and a restaurant. Also in the village is the bakery with bread and delicacies. The area also offers opportunities for mountain bikers, mountaineers and canoeists. If you go for gold, you can indulge in the Gold Museum. Or behold the beautiful gold-fringed sunset from your own terrace while enjoying a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful views and experience peace, space and nature all around you.
