Our vacation house is quietly situated, in the middle of the fields, A lane with on both sides two rows of poplars leads to our authentic 18th century farmhouse. At the end is an orchard. The wooden sign De Spijker gives access to the yard. Now, the renovated farmstead is still an active dairy farm, along with farm tourism, a place where everyone can taste the pure tranquility and rural atmosphere. In the middle of an oasis of peace surrounded by nature, close to historic Bruges (3km) and the charming book village of Damme (3km), lies our vacation farm. The ideal base for exploring the beach and Knokke with its nature reserve Zwin (15km), Sluis (18km) and the beautiful polder landscape. The children can help with the farmer during the feeding of the animals or have fun on the playground with play equipment. The nature house upon arrival was clean and equipped with everything promised to us by Nancy. Good furniture, all necessities regarding food and cooking were amply provided.
