Our pension, which has been family-run for two generations, is surrounded by the extensive nature of the Harz foreland in the beautiful Eichsfeld, between the two districts of Breitenbach and Hundeshagen. 25,000m² of garden provide plenty of seating to relax in, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You can end the evening with friends on our terrace at the barbecue or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The apartment is part of our guest house in which there are also other apartments and a communal kitchen.
Nature and surroundings
The property is located approx. 1 km outside the district of Breitenbach, in the direction of Hundeshagen. There is a fishing pond directly opposite. The surrounding area is ideal for excursions into nature. We also rent bicycles on request. Sufficient parking spaces are available on our property. The nearest supermarkets are approx. 3 km away (Edeka, Rewe, Netto, Aldi). It is perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Leisure activities such as a ride on the trolley, the alternative bear park or visiting castles are also available in the surrounding area.

When we were there it was very hot. Swimming in natural water in the immediate vicinity is unfortunately not possible, but there are swimming pools. You can hike very well, also directly from the property.When asked about how suitable the area is for certain activities, I only filled in what we did ourselves.We did not bike, but saw cyclists in the area.
Toen wij er waren was het erg warm. Zwemmen in natuurwater in de directe omgeving is helaas niet mogelijk, maar zwembaden zijn er wel. Wandelen kun je heel goed, ook direct vanaf het terrein.
Bij de vraag over hoe geschikt de omgeving is voor bepaalde activiteiten, heb ik alleen ingevuld wat wij zelf gedaan hebben.Wij hebben niet gefietst, maar zagen wel fietsers in de omgeving.A wonderful place to unwind. On the property you can pick fruit and walk around everywhere. Formerly a farm, but now almost like an estate, because of that beautiful and lovingly maintained garden.

De eigenaar van het pension is zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Op het terrein kun je fruit plukken en overal rondwandelen. Vroeger een boerderij, maar nu bijna een soort landgoed, door die mooie en liefdevol onderhouden tuin.

Alles is aanwezig. Keurig huisje met goede douche en keuken. Alles is heerlijk schoon.
Bedden zijn iets aan de harde kant vond ik zelf.
Wij waren met de auto daardoor flexibel te gaan en staan waar je wilt. Rondom het huisje is het erg landelijk. Wij zijn zelf niet in omgeving van huisje gebleven dus kan daar niet over oordelen.
Bij mooi weer kun je heerlijk buiten zitten. Echter verblijf je niet alleen op het terrein. Mochten er families met kleine kinderen zijn dan heb je daar geluid van. Er zijn paar speelartikelen inde tuin voor de kleinere.Heerlijk rustig. Geen geraas van auto’s of ander verkeer. Geen overlast van dieren zoals hanen, honden enz.
