A beautiful dream place on and by the water! A modern stylishly decorated tiny houseboat for 2 pers. (no pets) on Lake Paterswoldsemeer with lots of light & sense of space. The sand colors and the use of different materials such as rattan, wood, linen and wool create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Sun rays shine in through the large windows and reflect off the water. Waking up in the morning and watching the sun rise from your bed, over the water, inspiration for the day guaranteed! Built in 2022, the modern houseboat has underfloor heating and consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle), a separate bedroom (box-spring bed - 160x200, incl. bedding and towels) and a bathroom (incl. hairdryer, towel heater).

As an extra, we have, right on the private jetty, an atmospheric Norwegian electric sloop that you can rent from us to discover the lake with its various small islands or catering establishments or maybe you take a picnic basket out on the water and enjoy nature ...Should you still prefer to stay on land, there is a small enclosed private garden where you can enjoy, on a lounger with a cup of tea, this great destination with a unique view can experience!Biking and hiking can be done in the nearby nature reserve the Onlanden and various estates. If you want to trade off the tranquility for once, the pulsating, young city of Groningen with various cultural activities is about 15-20min from your location.In the middle of nature, quietly located, sitting on your own lounge deck from where you can watch the activity of birds & water sports all day. With this view you get the feeling of pure freedom and peace!
