In the heart of the north lies our exceptionally cozy and new nature house. You will experience a rural forest feeling with peace and space all around you. The house has its own driveway and entrance. There is room for 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. The bathroom has a rain shower and toilet. The sleeping area on the second floor has a box-spring double bed. Furthermore, you can access your private terrace through folding doors. Also a nice place to have a drink and/or light the barbecue. If this is what you are looking for, we would like to welcome you. For an additional fee and based on availability we can arrange bicycles for you.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located on a dead-end street in the middle of a rural and wooded area in southeast Friesland. The area has several hiking and cycling routes and is ideal for those who enjoy peace and nature. The village (1.5km) has several stores, supermarket, restaurants, cafe and cafeteria. The public transport 1km. It is from here wonderful walking and cycling as in the blue forest, Bakkeveen forests, the Fochteloërveen and the Drents Friese wold around Appelscha. These were wonderful days in the nature house extraordinary. A beautiful, cozy and cozy cottage. It looked like the house of Hansel and Gretel! Cozy yet spacious. And super, super clean! There is plenty of privacy and you have your own garden with a feeder where the most beautiful birds descend. What a pleasure to watch that. The first night we heard an owl nearby, the sky was clear with lots of stars. It was a magical moment that we cherish. Het waren heerlijke dagen in het natuurhuisje buitengewoon. Een prachtig, gezellig en knus huisje. Het leek wel het huisje van hans en grietje!. Knus maar toch ook ruim. En super, super schoon! Er is veel privacy en je hebt een eigen tuin met een voederbak waar de meest mooie vogels op af komen. Wat een genot om daar naar te kijken. De eerste avond hoorden we een uil vlakbij, de lucht was helder met veel sterren. Het was een magisch moment die we koesteren. We wensen Ellen en Hendrik een lang en gelukkig leven toe samen in dit prachtige natuur paradijs. Heel erg bedankt voor de zalige dagen!
