Nature house in Haren

On a private plot of 3000m² in an idyllic spot stands this picturesque forest cottage with complete privacy. There is a very large garden/forest and a conservatory where you can enjoy nature. The cottage (90m²) is located on the nature reserve Sassenhein with a large (fishing) lake in front. Inside are on the ground floor the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The ground floor has level differences. There are also two bedrooms upstairs (see floor plan photos). Outside is a nice porch equipped with a BBQ. At 200 meters you will find a pavilion on the water where you can have lunch and drinks. Also, the center of Haren is nearby with many stores. Also, the transfer station Haren at 1.5 km. Furthermore, the cottage is fully equipped: Kitchen with built-in appliances, toilet, bathroom, CV and Internet. Pets allowed, final cleaning obligatory. Rental only during the national vacation weeks.

Don't overlook the view, either. With the Forestry Commission as your neighbor, you overlook a vast nature reserve where deer and foxes feel at home. Of course, these beautiful animals sometimes visit the garden as well. On the west side, next to the large natural pond we find an adventurous maze of bamboo and trees. Here, under the roots of a fallen tree, there was once a fox nest. And if you look around for a moment, you will automatically see the tracks of deer, which find a lovely place to sleep here and sometimes nibble on the many plants. Add to this the many, many butterflies, bees, dragonflies and birds, and the bird's nests you find in the most special places, and you know: here you do not only live near, but in and with nature!
