The simply furnished shingle caravan is equipped with a small single bed, a seat and its own outdoor terrace. For children you can bring a crib or there are air mattresses available - max. space for 1 child (children from 6 years cost extra). In the communal area there is a covered seating area with all kitchen utensils, sink, barbecue, camping stove and a campfire area with a three-ring barbecue. There are two composting toilets and a washing facility (cold water), as well as an outdoor solar shower. Two fridges and another toilet are available in the courtyard buildings. Bed linen is available, please only bring your own for children's travel cots or for air mattresses/ camp beds. Please bring your own towels and environmentally friendly soap.
Nature and surroundings
The shingle wagon is located on a romantic communal site surrounded by our animals, meadows, fields and forests. Here you can relax in the hammock or by the campfire. The children can play with the animals or go on an animal hike together as a family. There are numerous animal activities on offer, such as rides, donkey hikes and goat trails. But even without animals, you can go on wonderful hikes directly from the farm. There is an outdoor swimming pool, shopping facilities and various stores, cafés and restaurants 5 km away. You can take a trolley ride nearby, go canoeing on the river, follow in the footsteps of Hildegard von Bingen or the Celts or visit one of the mines. On the Potzberg you can admire all kinds of animals, as well as the breathtaking flight show with eagles.
