This beautiful apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa bed and with a stove kitchenette, two large bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bed chair, bathroom with shower; a large terrace in front allows outdoor dining for many months of the year. The house has sloping roofs and old terracotta floors; all rooms and the bathroom have large windows with mosquito nets. Near the house within 20 km there are beautiful centers to see (città della Pieve, Castiglione del lago, Chiusi, Sarteano, Panicale and Paciano) . Within 50 km we have the cities of Perugia, Siena, Arezzo; just over an hour's drive Rome and Florence. We have a swimming pool, important for children's fun!

Agriturismo la casetta del sole is on a hill and is accessed by a private road that ends in the property. There are no other houses or roads nearby, just the view of many hills on Tuscany, Mount Amiata, Lake Chiusi. The farm is organic, produces olive oil, cereals. you can spot many animals, such as wolf, wild boar, deer, roe deer. Especially this beautiful apartment has a dedicated garden so guests can stay free in absolute privacy. We grow organic olive oil, and the whole 16-hectare property is organic, with cereal and tall wood crops and forest. We have a small vineyard that is cultivated by one of our neighbors.At Lake Trasimeno you can take advantage of the opportunity to take sailing school courses for children and adults; the teachers are great!
