Nature house in Casseneuil

Domaine Bessière is an estate of 21 hectares of fields and (hiking) forest. Besides the gîte "Aube" we rent 3 other gîtes which are all at a very large distance from each other so that everyone's privacy is guaranteed. Our gîte "Aube" is a spacious house with over 120 square meters, all on the ground floor with a lovely large covered terrace facing south and with beautiful views over the fields and hills. Of course there is fine terrace furniture and sun loungers. A cottage with a great sense of freedom and privacy. The cottage has a spacious bathroom with bath, bidet and a separate toilet. One bedroom has a private shower room with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and has a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. On our property there is a swimming pool, tennis court and bowling alley.

In the south-west of France, in the Lot-et-Garonne, just south of Bergerac in the Dordogne, Domaine Bessière is hidden in the French countryside between the beautiful medieval villages of Casseneuil and Pailloles. You stay in the middle of the green with beautiful views over the fields and hills where deer regularly dart past before your eyes. Also birds, rabbits, squirrels, foxes, badgers and pigs inhabit our property. In the vicinity you can make endless walks, visit beautiful old villages, make a trip on or along the river Lot and enjoy the tranquility and vast amount of space. In the school vacations of July and August we are mostly visited by young families, but in the months of May, June, September and October Domaine Bessière is even more a paradise for lovers of peace, space and nature.
