This resort contains 4 brand new individual vacation villas. The villas are first available from June 2022, This nature house from 2023. The villa has 2 bedrooms, a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and a 40 sqm living room with full kitchen, large terrace and private pool. It is located about 15 minutes from Praia Albufeira, 45 km from Faro Airport, 2 hours from Lisbon and 2 hours from Seville. In the immediate vicinity there is also a beautiful lake, it is a huge water reservoir, where you can canoe. Several water parks and well-known golf courses are scattered around it. The beautiful hiking trail of +-300 km called "Via Algarviana" runs right through the property this resort. It starts from the east (Spanish border) Alcoutim goes to the farthest point of the Algarve (west) to Sagres. The famous golden rock beaches are 15 m
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in REN area. Reserve Ecologica National (protected nature reserve) So very quietly located in a valley surrounded by nature. The Algarve's longest hiking trail runs right through the Vale Vinagre domain. It is 286 km long and runs from Spain to the western tip of the Algarve (Sagres). 5 km away there is also a large lake (drinking water reservoir where you can kayak, swim and make beautiful walks, another unknown gem of the Algarve at 15 minutes from the sea. The villa has the following facilities: - Private pool - beautiful private terrace - bathroom with walk in shower, double sink and wc - 2 Sleeping rooms ( 1 double bed 160 cm and 2 single bed ( 2 x 90 ) whether or not put together ) - smart TV - living room (40m²) with modern large sofa which can also serve as a pull-out bed 240 x 200 cm and a well equipped kitchen - Parking - Wifi.
