Formerly an authentic Auvergnats baker's cottage, it has been transformed into a comfortable gîte for 2 persons. The cozy living area of the gîte has its own kitchen, nice sitting area and a cozy wood stove. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped. On the romantic loft you can sleep on fine beds and atmospheric lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a stove, fridge with freezer, (filter) coffee maker, kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Gîte le Four has a private terrace with lounge set. From the terrace you overlook the vegetable garden where the chickens scratch around. The gîte can be heated (or cooled) by means of air conditioning or a wood stove.
Nature and surroundings
La Source de Vie is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Cantal in the South of the Auvergne, near the picturesque town of Saint-Flour. La Source de Vie is located in the countryside where you can completely relax. Nature lovers can enjoy the special flora and fauna, also in the immediate vicinity of the farm there is much beauty to see and experience. La Source de Vie is a wonderful place for lovers of peace, space and nature. Nearby you will find the Monts du Cantal, a challenging nature reserve with 80 extinct volcanoes, which is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, cycling or horseback riding. The huge reservoir Gorges de la Truyere which is nearby (3 km) is great for hiking, fishing, swimming or sailing. The Cantal is ideal for both short and long walks and has a connection to the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostella.

Geschikt voor een stel. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Geschikt om je terug te trekken voor rust etc. Wellicht voor langer verblijf wat meer voorzieningen nodig..
