We rent out the Campanette (130m2) with the Pitcholine (85 m2), two semi-detached villas with a maximum capacity of 12 people together in July and August, so that holidaymakers can enjoy a private 15 x 4-meter swimming pool.Outside the very high season, either of the two villas can be rented independently, with a capacity of 6 people each and a shared pool.The villas are very comfortable, well insulated with double glazing and air conditioning in the 4 rooms under the roof, which can be pleasant in hot weather.
Nature and surroundings
La Pitcholine and La Campanette are located in the Domaine de Bramafan, a 100,000 m2 partially wooded, south-facing hill with a dominant view over the village of Plascassier and the Côte d'Azur Alps. It's a uniquely preserved site, "classified as nature", which we reserve for customers who want to relax in the heart of nature with their families. Our property covers an area of approx. 10,000 m2, with a pasture in the lower part reserved for a horse and a donkey. There's a ping-pong table by the pool and table soccer in the garage. Situated at an altitude of 220 meters, the area benefits from a gentle breeze, which is very pleasant, although winters are cold due to the proximity of the Gorges du Loup and the mountains.
