The cozy house is a former miller's house from 1827 that has all the comforts. The entrance, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and storage room are on the ground floor. The first floor has a tiled floor with underfloor heating. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms. The rear part (the former granary) is now the living room and offers a view of the nearby lake. The attic floor has another fourth bedroom. There are wood stoves in the dining room and living room which provide extra warmth on colder days. The house has a traditional construction, with a beamed ceiling on which also lies the floor of the second floor. This may be a bit noisy, but is not a problem if you are sitting outside or in the living room when the children have already gone to bed.In the living room there is a smart TV with DVD player.Outside there are two terraces, one with a fixed barbecue and the other with an outdoor stove. In the downstairs garden there is a trampoline for children.
