Nature house in Terhole

It already started with a very friendly contact with the owner. Nav some questions was super with us. The house was neat, clean and more than complete. In the spacious kitchen it was nice to cook together and everything was available. We had brought our own games but that was also present. A lovely living room with nice chairs and sofas and cozy and tastefully decorated. Upstairs also good with a very spacious bathroom with bath and lovely shower and separate toilet. Beds were good. And then downstairs a separate shower and toilet. It was totally super!

Het begon al met een heel vriendelijk contact met de eigenaar. Nav enkele vragen werd super met ons meegedacht. Het huis was netjes, schoon en meer dan compleet. Ook in de ruime keuken was het fijn om met elkaar te koken en was alles voorhanden. Wij hadden zelf spelletjes meegenomen maar ook dat was aanwezig. Een heerlijk woonkamer met fijne stoelen en banken en gezellig en sfeervol ingericht. Boven ook goed met een zeer ruime badkamer met bad en heerlijke douche en apart toilet. Bedden waren goed. En dan beneden nog een aparte douche en toilet. Het was helemaal super!

We stayed in a great house on a beautiful spacious plot with a great garden and wide views. And nice too with the sheep next to us grazing in the meadow.

We verbleven in een geweldig huis op een mooi ruim perceel met een geweldige tuin en weids uitzicht. En leuk ook met de schapen naast ons grazend in de wei.

Although the stay is contactless, we can say that the landlord is very nice and responds quickly to emails when needed. The house is large, bright, friendly and harmoniously furnished - with a personal touch: feel-good character. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the play barn. Some of the play equipment in the barn is a bit outdated - the table tennis table has a crack. But if the weather is good, you're always out and about anyway and rarely use the barn;) The beds are made up on arrival - wonderful! There were three of us in the house and we thought the beds in the 2 bedrooms were great. The oven in the kitchen was not 100% clean. But the dirt was okay and removed in 10 minutes. Obwohl der Aufenthalt kontaktlos ist, können wir sagen, dass der Vermieter sehr nett ist und bei Bedarf schnell auf Mails antwortet. Zudem gibt es vor der Anreise Erklärungen zu allem, was der Gast wissen sollte (Internet, TV, Küche etc.).
Das Haus ist groß, hell, freundlich und stimmig eingerichtet - mit einer persönlichen Note: Wohlfühlcharakter. In der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts.
Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können gut in der Spielscheune untergestellt werden. Ein paar Spielgeräte in der Scheune sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - so hat die Tischtennisplatte einen Riss. Wenn das Wetter passt, ist man aber eh immer unterwegs und nutzt die Scheune selten;)
Bei Ankunft sind die Betten bezogen - wunderbar! Wir waren zu dritt im Haus und fanden die Betten in den 2er Schlafzimmern super. Im 3er Schlafzimmer aber zu weich.
In der Küche war der Ofen nicht 100%ig sauber. Die Verschmutzung war aber okay und in 10 Minuten beseitigt.

Detached house in meadows and fields. From the house we regularly saw pheasants, woodpeckers, birds of prey and of course the neighbor's sheep and heard the blackbirds singing in the evening. Numerous cycle paths are in the immediate vicinity. Trips to the beach, Hulst and Belgium are possible.

Alleinstehendes Haus in Wiesen und Feldern. Vom Haus aus haben wir regelmäßig Fasane, Spechte, Greifvögel und natürlich die Schafe vom Nachbarn gesehen und abends die Amseln singen hören.
Zahlreiche Radwege liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausflüge zum Strand, nach Hulst und Belgien sind möglich.

Pleasant correspondence with the manager, clear explanation of one thing and another.

Prettige correspondentie met de beheerder, duidelijke uitleg over het één en ander.

Spacious and luxurious; wake up to a view of the morning mist over the meadows and the silence around the house. The plumbing is clean and spacious. The ''master bedroom'' has a wonderful mattress. We did not use the playroom much (it was nice weather all week, so we were out regularly), but it gives fine options for rainy days. A fine base to get to know Zeeland Flanders better.

Ruim en luxe; wakker worden met zicht op de ochtendmist over de weilanden en de stilte rond het huis. Het Sanitair is schoon en ruim. De ''hoofdslaapkamer'' heeft een heerlijk matras.
We hebben niet veel gebruik gemaakt van de speelzaal (het was de hele week mooi weer, dus we waren geregeld op pad), maar het geeft fijne mogelijkheden voor regenachtige dagen.
Een fijne uitvalsbasis om Zeeuws Vlaanderen beter te leren kennen.
