Vacation in a half-timbered house, in a rural idyll. You live for a time in a 200-year-old monument, an outbuilding on a half-timbered farm. You have the cottage to yourself, but occupy the second floor: cozy open living room with wood stove, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with large bathtub. There is another bed in the living area so that three adults can sleep well. For families with 2 children, we are happy to add a crib or travel crib in the bedroom. We are also prepared for small children with a stair gate, baby bath and chair. The large park-like garden can be used for playing, barbecuing and relaxing. A washing machine and accessories are available in the utility room. Toys for all age groups are also available, so that families can spend a relaxing vacation in the countryside.

Our place of residence is a quiet village with approx. 220 inhabitants. There are no stores here. All daily necessities can be bought about 12 minutes away by car. The surrounding area consists of hilly fields and small forests. You can go for a walk right outside the front door. Our little house is also a popular starting point for exploring the Middle Rhine Valley, with its castles and wine villages, or for day trips to cities such as Cologne, Bonn, Mainz and Wiesbaden.
