Nature house in The HayShed

Felt welcome in this area. Made beautiful trips on my Moto Guzzi California, which by the way attracted a lot of interest from locals. At least I had plenty of conversation. I skipped the pubs because I was propelling myself by motorcycle on roads where attention must be in the highest position. Getting used to driving on the left is definitely a thing. The Wild atlantic way is not rid of me yet in this life, neither is this nature house, hope to go there again next time with my partner. So far. Bye

Voelde me welkom in deze omgeving. Prachtige tochten gemaakt met mijn Moto Guzzi California, die trouwens veel belangstelling trok van lokale bevolking. Ik had in ieder geval aanspraak genoeg. De pubs heb ik overgeslagen omdat ik me met de motor voortbewoog op wegen waarbij de aandacht in de hoogste stand moet. Wennen met links rijden is zeker een dingetje.
De Wild atlantic way is in dit leven nog niet van me af, ook dit natuurhuisje niet, hoop er de volgende keer weer terecht te kunnen met mijn partner. Tot zover. Bye

A beautiful and peaceful place. Huge amount of privacy. On the spacious grounds the owners also live. Very accessible if needed. I sometimes felt like staying in an Irish fairy tale book. Atmospheric, secure with a touch of mystery. On arrival I was warmly welcomed by the owner and she showed me around. The water comes from our own well and is soft and delicious. Kitchen is well equipped as well as the bath and bedroom.Living room is very cozy, there is a piano fine sofa and good TV.I used this house as a base for my motorcycle tour along parts of the wild atlantic way.Recommended

Een mooie en rustgevende plek. Enorm veel privacy. Op het ruime terrein wonen de eigenaars ook. Zeer bereikbaar als dat nodig is. Ik voelde me soms als verbleef ik in een Iers sprookjesboek. Sfeervol, geborgen met een vleug mysterie. Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door eigenares en zij leidde me rond. Het water komt uit eigen bron en is zacht en heerlijk. Keuken is goed uitgerust evenals de bad en slaapkamer.
Woonkamer is heel gezellig ingericht, er staat een piano fijne bank en prima TV.
Ik gebruikte dit huis als uitvalsbasis voormijn motortour langs delen van de wild atlantic way.

Incredibly beautiful, cozy nest with all amenities. A great kitchen, with everything you need (including a large fridge with ice maker), very comfortable bed, nice sofa, wood-burning stove (first layer of wood is provided, but we didn't use it). The very nice hostess put a few nice little things in the fridge for us at the beginning. Wonderful! We would love to come back!

Unglaublich schönes, gemütliches Nest mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Eine tolle Küche, mit allem, was man braucht (inkl. großem Kühlschrank mit Eis-Bereiter), sehr bequemes Bett, schönes Sofa, Kaminofen (erste Lage Holz wird gestellt, haben wir aber nicht genutzt). Die sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns zu Beginn ein paar nette Kleinigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Wunderbar! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

You can walk to a beautiful lake from the house, everything else you have to do by car, but we knew that beforehand and didn't find it bad at all. It is very quiet and idyllic - you can hear the sheep and the chickens and occasionally a farm dog from the neighboring property. You're right in the middle of nature.

Vom Haus aus kann man zu einem schönen See wandern, alles andere muss man eher mit dem Auto erledigen, das wussten wir aber vorher und fanden es überhaupt nicht schlimm. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig und idyllisch - man hört die Schafe und die Hühner und gelegentlich mal einen Hofhund vom Nachbaranwesen. Man ist eben mitten in der Natur.

Geen aanmerkingen op deze accommodatie. Zeer duidelijke instructies voor het sorteren van het afval (zou anders geen 'natuurhuisje' zijn).

Fantastic stay in a tastefully decorated "barn"! Extremely quiet, with a nice lake nearby. We stayed there six days, but it could easily have been six weeks ... Ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings: Dingle peninsula and Ring of Kerry.

Fantastisch verblijf in een sfeervol ingerichte "barn"! Uiterst rustig, met een leuk meer in de buurt. We verbleven er zes dagen, maar dat hadden gerust zes weken mogen zijn ...
