Les Pêcheurs is a beautifully renovated gite overlooking the Lot River. The gite has a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore, a TV and a CD player. On the second floor there is a large double bedroom overlooking the river. On the same floor is the beautiful shower room with toilet.On the second floor there is a large triple room (3 single beds) with beautiful original beams. This room also offers beautiful views over the Lot River.Broadband Wi-Fi is available within each gîte and in the immediate vicinity of the pool. The terrace includes table and chairs and a bbq. The lovely pool overlooks the Lot River and you will also find a large covered terrace and sun loungers. On the property there are also two large tobacco barns (Sechoirs) where you can store bicycles or fishing equipment. There is also a boules court.

Les Sechoirs is in a unique location on the Lot River and is close to the ancient town of Clairac. Les Sechoirs offers cozy gites, a park-like garden, attractions for children, boating or canoeing and of course a lovely swimming pool overlooking the Lot. Les Sechoirs dates from the late 18th century and still offers many authentic elements. Les Sechoirs is also an excellent fishing location and the gite has its own private jetty with boat. Les Pecheurs also has a large terrace by the river.
