Our grounds are completely smoke-free, both inside and outside, for optimal peace and relaxation. Explore the beautiful surroundings by bicycle or on foot, through forests and along streams, to picturesque villages, castles and places of interest.
Nature and surroundings
This beautiful place is located in the outskirts of Breedenbroek, in the Oude IJsselstreek (Achterhoek, Gelderland). This region is known for its beautiful natural areas and cultural heritage. Discover the many bicycle and hiking trails that wind through the picturesque coulisse landscape. Famous places in the region are Ulft, Silvolde and Varsseveld, and the Oude IJssel River crosses the region and offers opportunities for canoe or sup trips. Here you can relax and take time for yourself and each other. In nature and recreation area Engbergen you will find an outdoor theater and golf course. Visit castles such as Slangenburg, Anholt and Bergh, or explore Montferland and recreation area the Slingeplas in the historic book town of Bredevoort, all within cycling distance. Dinxperlo offers the Grenslandmuseum and Aalten showcases its history of hiding. A visit to Bronkhorst and the Hanseatic cities of Doesburg and Zutphen is also worthwhile!
