Relax in the beautiful Vechtdal, enjoy our cottage in a small paradise. From the garden doors you look and walk straight into our young food forest where the chickens roam freely and where our horses are housed in a paddock paradise. The cottage is fully equipped, a nice bed, refrigerator, opportunity to warm up a meal, WiFi, a smart TV, nice couch and private bathroom and do not forget; a real wood stove. Just 1 km walk away you will find a beautiful forest with numerous hiking/riding trails. There are also many beautiful cycling routes, ask your hostess for routes. In fine weather you can sit outside by a wood fire. Dogs are welcome, if constantly leashed in the yard because of chickens and horses running loose. Please bring your own dog basket/blanket because of hygiene and discuss this in advance when booking. Would you like to bring your horse(s)? This is possible at extra cost, please contact us to discuss the details.
Nature and surroundings
Proef de Peeze is located in the beautiful Vechtdal, hidden in the back of our yard, near the forest, within biking distance of Ommen, Dalfsen, the Vecht, Vilsteren and the mysterious Ommerschans. Take a look at the sculpture garden, go out with your bike, horse or take the carriage to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. A trip to the Lemelerberg is easily made, or would you prefer to go to the Sahara in Ommen, or do you prefer a terrace in Dalfsen? It is all possible!
