This charming farmhouse with swimming pool and splendid panoramic view is located about 2 km from the medieval village of Palaia (PI). The property offers modern comforts while retaining the historic charm of ancient times. On the ground floor there is an entrance with an open wardrobe that opens access to the very well-structured living area. This living area is composed by: a modern style kitchen with central island and dining room overlooking the patio; a large living room with fireplace and access to the panoramic garden and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with 3 large bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms (2 of which are en suite). Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the third has two single beds.In the connecting area between the various rooms, an internal balcony has been created overlooking the area below on the ground floor. From the bedroom windows you can admire a unique view of the surrounding landscape.

he exterior is the main point of the house which will offer you a unique experience of living outdoors. Just outside the house you’ll find the courtyard with a relaxation area. Wrought iron table and chairs, side tables, wooden deckchairs. Few steps down you enter on the large garden where thre’s a brick and wood gazebo, overlooking a spectacular panorama, under which it’ll be a real pleasure to dine. Not far from the gazebo is the brick barbecue area. Close the garden there’s a swimming pool (5 x 12mt) equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and an external shower.
