Sustainably built in 2022, this nature house is located on a friendly recreation park, amid the forests surrounding Lochem. Ideal for young and old! The house is equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels and two private parking spaces with Charging Station. The cottage has on the ground floor a cozy living room, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and combi oven and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The other two spacious bedrooms and fully equipped bathroom with rain shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have single box spring beds that can be put together. A camp bed, high chair and stair gate are available for children. In the storage room there is a washing machine and ironing board which may of course be used. In the spacious private garden you can BBQ and relax in the sun or shade. If you are lucky there is even a squirrel walking by!
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings of this nature house are ideal for vacations in the sign of peace and nature, with family and/or friends. You can enjoy hiking and cycling in the wooded area and along the well-marked bicycle routes in the coulisse landscape of the Achterhoek. The sporty guest soon discovers that the park is adjacent to one of the most beautiful mountain bike routes in the Netherlands! An 18-hole golf course is also a stone's throw away. The recreation park has a tasty brasserie, grill restaurant and, since 2021, also a bowling alley. For small children, there is no extensive animation team or large playground at the park itself. At this park you come mainly for the tranquility and nature. Within walking distance is plenty of fun to be found at the adjacent vacation park where the gate is always open. Nature, peace & environment:A lovely cottage with all the amenities. It had everything you need. The decor is also really like a cozy house. It is wonderfully quiet. The 3 children were able to learn for their SE week in peace, with lovely walks as a break. Just what they needed (and me too). A private charging point for my electric car out front was very nice!!! At the park you have a nice restaurant. Nice people who work there. Only thing was that we had some tummy trouble after eating the (somewhat dry) tuna steak. The one with steak did not suffer from anything. Despite that, we had 4 whole days!

Precies wat ze nodig hadden (en ik ook). Een privé oplaadpunt voor mijn elektrische auto voor de deur was erg fijn!!! Op het park heb je een gezellig restaurant. Aardige mensen die daar werken. Enige was dat we wat last van onze buik hadden na het eten van de (ietwat droge) tonijnsteak. Degene met biefstuk had nergens last van.
