The Gîte is part of a rural serried house with beautiful views of the Oise valley. The guest house has its own kitchenette, orangery, bathroom and sleeping loft for 4 people. In the beautiful garden, enjoy views of an infinite horizon. The gîte has a separate entrance giving you complete privacy. The house has no wifi.

Chigny is located on a hill on the Oise River. Here you can cycle endlessly (eurovelo3 bike path), walk between fields and woods, kayak and enjoy the local gastronomy. In the region, visit the old castle of Guise, the world-famous familistère; or stroll around one of the many markets. The Matisse museum (30 min, on route for those coming from the Ghent region) is also highly recommended. The region is easily accessible from Belgium (BXL and Ghent in 2 hours) and the Netherlands.
