Nature house in Saint-Benoit

The nature house Le Lilas is located in the Aude department, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region (Occitanie), near the village of Saint-Benoît, 15 km from Limoux and Mirepoix and 40 km from Carcassonne. The property is surrounded by 2ha of meadows and forest and has a small vineyard. The ideal place for a quiet vacation surrounded by nature in the land of the Cathar castles at the foot of the Pyrenees. The property has a swimming pool with alarm system (from May 15 to Sept 15). The property has 2 nature houses overlooking the garden and pool can accommodate 8 (Le Lilas) and 6 (Le Noyer) people respectively . Each gîte has a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with TV and a private terrace and BBQ. Both gîtes are practically and decoratively furnished. A meeting room (70m2) can also be made available on request. In winter, a jacuzzi is available.

La Roumaude is located in a rural setting, surrounded by meadows, in the middle of Cathar country. The region offers numerous activities (visits to Cathar castles such as Montségur, Puivert and Puilaurens, hiking (voie verte), kayaking, swimming (Lac de Montbel), mountain biking or cycling (rental of bicycles in electric bikes in Chalabre), local markets. The medieval village of Mirepoix is located at 15 km. A visit to Carcassonne (40 km) is among the not-to-be-missed excursions.
