At the edge of our farmyard is a cheerful mobile home. We have lovingly rebuilt it so that it is equipped with a lot of comforts! Near the mobile home is a composting toilet and an outdoor shower with hot water. In the wagon itself is a double bed, a toddler/baby bed, a table with bench, wood stove, running cold water, an oven, two burner stove and a refrigerator. The wagon has a picnic table so you can eat outside or have drinks. Included; bed linen and final cleaning, no Wifi.
Nature and surroundings
In the middle of France (about 900 km from Utrecht), in the Corréze department, lies Domaine des Jeunes Fleurs. A former goat farm that we are transforming into an ecological paradise full of biodiversity. The site, of 12 hectares, is continuous and has both fields and forest. A stream also runs through it. In our yard there are two large barns, a garage (which in due course will be converted into a gîte) and our house. Right now there is all sorts of things in plantings, an orchard, a food forest and thickets. But even though it is a landscape in flux, it is already a wonderful place to stay. You can hike and bike beautifully here. We are close to Pompadour (France's historic horse town) and many other nice towns. You are free to wander around our grounds and you can also help on the farm. On our property there are chickens, a cat, a dog and sheep. For an animal lover a nice addition.
