**(Is the calendar fully booked? These Nature Houses are identical and located at the same campsite: 68208, 68205, 68210, 68211 & 68212)** Feel welcome at our fine child-friendly campsite in idyllic Eifel. You will stay in a cozy, comfortable Tipi tent with 2 bedrooms and spacious living area. With this arrangement we have thought of everything. The tent contains a complete inventory for 5 people including lovely beds, cool box, electricity, cooking equipment, lighting and optional extras for baby & toddler. The streams are easily accessible and are a children's play paradise, as is the weir belonging to the mill. You can enjoy a small insight into the history of the mill with its own charm from the glass bridge at the country inn. There is also a playground for smaller children. *You can order a Warmth Package at check-in: a warm, soft Fleece blanket (€15,- one time) and a stove for rent (€5,50 per night).*
Nature and surroundings
The campground is the starting point for beautiful walks through forests, wide meadows and deep valleys. The trails are family-friendly and well-signposted. Valuable destinations for trips with children are only a few kilometers away from the campground. The Eifelzoo, Eifelpark Gondorf, Teufelsschlucht with Dinopark, Bitburg reservoir, Daun Maare etc. The outdoor swimming pool of the municipality of Waxweiler is located in the immediate vicinity and is easily accessible via the cycling and hiking trail. One of the most beautiful stretches of the Prüm Valley cycling trail is right on our doorstep. The stretch between Prüm and Waxweiler is particularly popular with families because it runs along the former railroad line and is very flat. Have we made you curious?
