Welcome to the cozy studio, under our 150-year-old house in Sarlat-la-Canéda. We are a Dutch family living here since the summer of 2022. We have completely renovated the apartment and equipped it with new furniture. The studio has a bright living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The connected bedroom has a queen size box spring bed with a comfortable mattress. There is also a bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. The apartment has a private entrance with garden furniture in our spacious garden with panoramic views of the city. You can park your car in one of the parking spots in our front yard, or in front of the apartment. The apartment is perfect for two people, but it can sleep four because the sofa bed in the living room also has a good mattress. But keep in mind that it is a lot cozier with four people and there is no door between the living room and bedroom.

The studio is located in a green and quiet neighborhood of Sarlat-la-Canéda. It is only a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to medieval downtown with many restaurants, stores and historical sites. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby and all major attractions in the Perigord noir can be visited within a maximum 30-minute drive from the apartment.
