- Tuin echt op en top, geheel afgesloten omheind met een hekwerk en poortjes. Voor hondeneigenaren: dit was werkelijk een walhalla voor onze hond. De hond amper nog gezien deze dagen en bij vertrek wilde ze de auto niet meer in en vluchtte terug de tuin weer in.
- Gastvrouw: supervriendelijk en een warm ontvangst met daarbij een goede uitleg over hoe alles werkt en wat er allemaal aanwezig was en via de app altijd bereikbaar en heel geïnteresseerd in het wel en wee van ons verblijf.

Vanuit de tuin direct het bos in, vlakbij wandelknooppunt 14, je kan door het bos naar het dorp van Appelscha waar genoeg mogelijkheden zijn voor boodschappen, iets te eten en te drinken....Om te fietsen en te wandelen kan je niet beter zijn. Ook voor onze hond was het hier een paradijs. Ook binnen in het huisje was het meer dan in orde, in de keuken is werkelijk alles aanwezig. Fietsen kunnen veilig in het zeer ordelijk tuinhuisje geplaatst worden. Leuk contact met de eigenares Marieke. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.
