Casa naturaleza is a house from 1752 restored with sustainable criteria in 2006. With magnificent views of the natural park of Montseny. Casa naturaleza has 5 double bedrooms (3 with private bathroom and 2 sharing a bathroom). Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, games room, reading room, music room, courtesy bathroom, porch, covered and uncovered terrace, playground, trampoline, raft with ducks and geese (fenced) fenced saltwater pool with dressing room, garage, parking area, billiards, ping-pong, laundry, barbecue and large outdoor spaces. We have cribs, bathtub, high chair and various baby equipment.
Nature and surroundings
We are in the natural park of Montseny, biosphere reserve, where we find species such as the Montseny newt (endemic species of this area) In addition to all the excursions and activities that can be done in the natural park we are close to cities, cultural activities etc.. We are 10 minutes from Espinelves, 15 minutes from Vic, 30 minutes from the Sau reservoir, 45 minutes from Girona, 1 hour from Barcelona, 1 hour from the beach, 1 hour from the Greek ruins of Empurias. The central heating is mixed, it works with firewood and the organic remains of forest management as well as diesel. The swimming pool is salt water. Salt water (90% less than sea water) means less chemical, and avoid eye and skin irritations. It is a system that offers an ecological and environmentally friendly filtering cycle. Top place and well taken care of. Still some little touches for a 10 (e.g. fans and maybe at the house some comfortable chairs outside) but definitely recommended and those little touches were not showstoppers. We rent a house for 8 years now in the summer vacations and this one was definitely one of the toppers.
Top plek en goed verzorgd. Nog wat kleine puntjes op de i voor een 10 (bv ventilatoren en misschien bij het huis wat comfortabele zitstoelen buiten) maar zeker een aanrader en die kleine puntjes waren geen showstoppers. We huren nu al 8 jaar een huis in de zomervakantie en deze was zeker een van de toppers.

Geweldig huis midden in de bergen in een prachtige omgeving. Heel veel plekjes om te zitten en zowel overdekt terras als open terassen. Het zwembad is weliswaar een stukje lopen op het terrein maar bij het zwembad was een hokje met een toilet en er werd een koelbox beschikbaar gesteld met voldoende koelelementen voor het koud houden van de drankjes.
In huis was alles netjes verzorgd. Voldoende handdoeken en zelfs extraatjes in de vorm van tandenborstels (nieuw uiteraard), watjes en tissues, etc.
De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en je je had genoeg privacy. Geluid van het andere huurhuis draagt wel in de bergen maar op zich niet storend (je ziet elkaar absoluut niet)
Toen wij er waren was het erg warm (35 graden) dus was het slapen wel warm. Er was 1 ventilator en niet alle kamers hadden horren of die waren niet goed mugdicht. Een paar extra ventilatoren zou dan wel fijn zijn.This text is automatically translated. -
