This cozy vacation home is located in the green, rural Beemte Broekland, in the countryside, near the Veluwe. A fine base for a vacation, you can enjoy space, nature, fun activities and trips in the area. Beautiful walks (Klompenpaden) and cycling can be made from the cottage. The cottage is fully equipped, you have your own driveway, garden, terraces and lots of privacy. On the ground floor a cozy sitting room with patio doors to the garden, modern kitchen with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker (filter) and bathroom with shower and double sink. The toilet is separate. On the second floor a spacious bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The 1st floor has air conditioning. There is also Wifi, TV and central heating. The garden has terraces and a covered seating area. In the barn there is garden furniture, outdoor toys and space for bikes/charging.
Nature and surroundings
Our cottage is located in rural Beemte Broekland, near the Veluwe and near the open landscape of the IJssel Valley. You can make beautiful walking and cycling trips here. Veluwe nature about 4 km away, nature reserves with forests, sand drifts, moors, where you can spot wildlife. River landscape IJsselvallei is about 8 km away, along the river IJssel historical Hanseatic towns, agricultural areas and river nature alternate. The attractive Hanseatic cities such as Deventer, Zutphen, Hattem with their historic centers, stores, museums and terraces are nice to visit. A lovely cottage for a short or longer stay. Of all amenities. Also very suitable for young children. Only downside in that regard is that you do not get the room with single beds properly dark, making naps a bit difficult. The cottage is nicely finished and in good condition. The owners are very attentive. For example, there were fresh flowers from the garden on the table and they had cooled the cottage for a while, so the temperature was pleasant when we arrived. Highly recommended!
Een heerlijk huisje voor een kort of langer verblijf. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook zeer geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Enige minpuntje wat dat betreft is dat je de kamer met eenpersoonsbedden niet goed donker krijgt, waardoor dutjes wat lastig zijn. Het huisje is mooi afgewerkt en in goede staat. De eigenaren zijn heel attent. Zo stonden er verse bloemen uit de tuin op tafel en hadden ze het huisje even gekoeld, zodat de temperatuur aangenaam was toen we arriveerden. Van harte aanbevolen!
