Nestled on the mountainside of the Coll de Rates is the apartment with all the necessary amenities to come and enjoy Spanish life! The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (double bed) and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped including mini dishwasher, nespresso, gas stove, oven, microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a TV and playstation. From the apartment there is a beautiful view of the valley and one can see the sea in the distance. On a clear day my can even spot Ibiza. In front of the apartment is a naya (covered terrace) ideal over a meal with a beautiful view of the valley. And then there is also the pool! Can you already see yourself sitting in the pool with a glass of wine from the local bodega, enjoying the sun and the mountain views?

The nature house is located on the Costa Blanca 2 km from the picturesque village of Parcent and halfway between the airports of Alicante (60min drive) and Valencia (90min drive). Located in a very quiet and private area with breathtaking views of the mountains and the famous Vall de Pop. On a mountain flank in the Coll de Rates, waking up to a beautiful sunrise is no longer a dream but reality! The nature nearby is perfect for hiking and cycling. In the apartment you can find information about hiking and cycling routes. At 30 min drive there are several beaches, large sandy beaches in Denia to small hidden coves in Javea. In the vicinity are plenty of opportunities for a nice vacation, good food, wine tasting, visiting picturesque old towns, walking langst the beach, ... Also yoga or a massage on the terrace are among the possibilities... Will you come and enjoy yourself?
