Nestled on the mountainside of the Coll de Rates is the apartment with all the necessary amenities to come and enjoy Spanish life! The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (double bed) and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped including mini dishwasher, nespresso, gas stove, oven, microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a TV and playstation. From the apartment there is a beautiful view of the valley and one can see the sea in the distance. On a clear day my can even spot Ibiza. In front of the apartment is a naya (covered terrace) ideal over a meal with a beautiful view of the valley. And then there is also the pool! Can you already see yourself sitting in the pool with a glass of wine from the local bodega, enjoying the sun and the mountain views?
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the Costa Blanca 2 km from the picturesque village of Parcent and halfway between the airports of Alicante (60min drive) and Valencia (90min drive). Located in a very quiet and private area with breathtaking views of the mountains and the famous Vall de Pop. On a mountain flank in the Coll de Rates, waking up to a beautiful sunrise is no longer a dream but reality! The nature nearby is perfect for hiking and cycling. In the apartment you can find information about hiking and cycling routes. At 30 min drive there are several beaches, large sandy beaches in Denia to small hidden coves in Javea. In the vicinity are plenty of opportunities for a nice vacation, good food, wine tasting, visiting picturesque old towns, walking langst the beach, ... Also yoga or a massage on the terrace are among the possibilities... Will you come and enjoy yourself?

Oscar March 15, 2025 General rating:perhaps useful to indicate that the cottage consists of several sections and that the garden is not closed between the other sections. otherwise nice people and they tried not to be a burden. Only I felt watched.
wellicht handig om aan te geven dat het huisje bestaat uit meerdere afdelingen en dat de tuin niet afgesloten is tussen de andere gedeeltes.
verder wel aardige mensen en ze probeerde niet tot last te zijn. Alleen voelde ik me bekeken.Nature, peace & environment:in itself a nice neat little house as shown in the pictures, internet, tv netflix, well equipped kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathroom with luxury shower. dining table chairs a little less. outside mold at the bottom of the seat cushions. further little privacy, above the house was family of the landlord and at the back also, other dog in the garden, no enclosed garden so a problem with stray dogs that can not with other dogs. (one time but could have gone well wrong with my dogs if they would have been in the garden as well) otherwise no problem with it. Unfortunately my oldest dog was seriously injured, she suddenly limped, I just assume she slipped on the slippery outdoor paving that was wet from rain. (She may well have to be euthanized now) There was nature but far away up the mountain, also a nice path woody trail close to the house, where I could let my old dog go. the weather was bad, but you can't order that ;-)
op zich een mooi net huisje zoals op de foto's te zien was, internet, tv netflix, goed ingerichte keuken, nette slaapkamers en badkamer met luxe douche. eettafelstoellen wat minder. buiten schimmel onder aan de zittingkussens. verder weinig privacy, boven de woning zat familie van de verhuurder en aan de achterkant ook, andere hond in de tuin, geen afgesloten tuin dus een probleem met loslopende honden die niet met andere honden kunnen. (eenmalig maar had goed fout kunnen gaan met mijn honden als ze ook in de tuin zouden zijn geweest) verder geen probleem mee gehad.
Helaas is mijn oudste hond ernstig gewond geraakt, ze liep ineens mank, ik ga er maar vanuit dat ze uitgegleden is op de gladde buiten-plavuizen die nat waren door regen. (het kan goed zijn dat ze nu ingeslapen moet worden)
Er was wel natuur maar ver weg de berg op, ook een mooi pad bosachtig pad vlak bij de woning, waar ik mijn oude hond wel kon laten gaan.
