This beautiful house is located in a rural setting in the hamlet of Bordes. It has grounds enclosed with plants and trees. The house is completely detached with the first neighbors at 500m. The house is spacious with a nice open kitchen that overlooks both the living area and the terrace. The terrace in turn overlooks the swimming pool. The house has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This house in the middle of nature gives you the perfect experience that comes with the South of France. The house has grounds of about 7000 m2. The property has a long driveway towards a parking lot for cars, where several cars can be parked. From here you walk straight to the house, the entrance to the house is at the front with a lovely covered terrace. Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the department of the Lot, formerly also known as the province of "Quercy," in southwestern France. The department gets its name from the river that runs through it: the Lot. This river is a 10-minute drive from the house, and is one of the cleanest rivers in France. You can fish for carp, catfish, eel and zander. For the more adventurous among us, you can rent canoes and kayaks in the various towns along the river, or take a trip on the river by boat. You also have organizations where you can book canyoneering and climbing trips, and there are several tree-climbing parks nearby. As you drive around the beautiful countryside, with many valleys and rocky hills, you will come across many vast vineyards. Where you can enjoy hiking and biking.
