Nature house in Winterswijk

Cottage was nicely cared for, lots of eye for ambience/decorations, giving us a Christmas/winter sports feeling.

Huisje was netjes verzorgd, veel oog voor sfeermakers/aankleding, waardoor we een kerst/wintersportgevoel kregen.

A wonderful place for 8 people and a child to spend some time in a bubble of their own. Enjoyed hot tub, wood stove and nice seating areas

Een heerlijk plekje om met 8 personen en een kindje even in een eigen bubbel te zijn. Genoten van hottub, houtkachel en fijne zitplekjes

Maybe as a tip to put a folding table somewhere so a group of 8p can sit at it instead of at a bar. A light by the hot tub would also be nice and some lights along the path to it.

Misschien als tip om een opvouwbare tafel ergens te plaatsen zodat een groep van 8p eraan kan zitten ipv aan een bar.
Een lampje bij de hottub is ook fijn en wat lampjes langs het pad ernaar toe.

A lovely cottage * beds were great * fully equipped kitchen * Lovely hot tub which was already slightly heated when we arrived * contact with the administrators was fast and friendly. A few points of attention: * Shower gazebo not really useful, a few seconds of scalding hot water and then cold. Both not nice to stand under. Fortunately, 2 showers in the house * few outdoor walkways are in need of replacement * with 8p and as 50 + people in the kitchen stand / hang / sit on a stool is not fine (space possibly be expanded with a separate bar table). The pictures do show that there is no table but it is impractical and uncomfortable.

Een heerlijk huisje!
* bedden lagen heerlijk
* compleet uitgeruste keuken
* Heerlijke hottub welke al iets verwarmd was toen we aankwamen
* contact met de beheerders verliep snel en vriendelijk.

Wel een paar aandachtspuntjes:
* Douche tuinhuis niet echt bruikbaar, paar tellen bloedheet water en vervolgens koud. Beide niet fijn om onder te staan. Gelukkig nog 2 douches in het huis
* paar loopplanken buiten zijn aan vervanging toe
* met 8p en als 50+ers aan het keukenblok staan/hangen/zitten op een kruk is niet fijn (ruimte evt wel uit te breiden met een losse bartafel). Op de foto's is wel te zien dat er geen tafel is maar onpraktisch en oncomfortabel is het wel.

It was wonderful to bivouac in and around the cozy big house. A very complete kitchen and fine bathrooms. (Small) improvements could be, some hooks upstairs to coat or towel to hang in the room and upstairs no soft carpet but hard i.vm. hygiene. But we had a great time.

Het was heerlijk om in en om het sfeervolle grote huis te bivakkeren. Een zeer complete keuken en fijne badkamers. (Kleine) verbeterpuntjes zouden kunnen zijn, paar haakjes boven om jas of handdoek op te kunnen hangen op de kamer en boven geen zachte vloerbedekking maar harde i.vm. hygiëne. Maar wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad.

Very cozy house with an incredibly attractive garden. Lovely to be outside, under the canopy it is very cozy.

Heel gezellig huis met een ontzettend sfeervolle tuin. Heerlijk buiten kunnen zijn, onder de overkapping is het erg knus.
