Nature house in Bad König

We had a very large apartment with nice amenities. There’s a terrace above a garage that you can use, but to get there, you first have to go outside and then climb a flight of stairs up to the terrace. The landlord’s very nice and helpful mother lives in the building.

Wir hatten eine sehr große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Eine Terrasse auf einer Garage ist benutzbar, dazu muss man erst raus und dann wieder eine Treppe hoch auf die Terrasse. Im Haus wohnt die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mutter der Vermieterin.

The house is located on the outskirts of Fürstengrund, just a few steps from the forest. There is little traffic, and it is relatively quiet. People who are very sensitive to noise should be aware that Bad König is less than 100 km from Frankfurt and that there is already a high volume of air traffic.

Das Haus liegt am Rande von Fürstengrund, wenige Schritte vom Wald entfernt. Es gibt wenig Autoverkehr und es ist relativ ruhig. Sehr geräuschempfindliche Menschen sollten sich bewusst sein, dass Bad König keine 100 km von Frankfurt entfernt ist und es schon ein erhöhtes Flugaufkommen gibt

The apartment is very cozy, equipped with the most important things and the hostess is very warm and helpful. Booking, check-in and check-out were very straightforward. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet und die Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Buchung, Check-In und -Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Nur zu empfehlen!

As soon as you leave the house, it is less than a minute's walk until you are surrounded by a beautiful, dense, lush and peaceful forest. From the apartment you can watch horses grazing and the edge of the forest behind them. The starry sky at night and the peace and quiet in general are beautiful and very relaxing. The perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days.

Sobald das Haus verlassen wird, dauert es nichtmal eine Minute Fußweg bis man von einem wunderschönen, dichten sowie saftigen und ruhigen Wald umgeben ist. Aus der Wohnung heraus kann man Pferden beim Grasen und den dahinter beginnende Waldrand beobachten. Der Sternhimmel nachts, sowie die Ruhe allgemein sind wunderschön und sehr entspannend. Die perfekte Umgebung um für ein paar Tage dem Trubel der Großstadt zu entkommen.

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Disadvantage was that we had to climb stairs, because we were on the second floor. A terrace was created on the garage. That was down stairs, up stairs. I missed this information in the description. Furthermore, the hostess was very nice and we lacked nothing.

Mooi en ruim appartement. Nadeel was wel dat we een trap op moesten, want we zaten op de eerste verdieping. Op de garage werd een terras gecreëerd. Dat was dan wel trap af, trap op. Deze gegevens miste ik wel in de beschrijving.
Verder was de gastvrouw ontzettend aardig en het ontbrak ons verder aan niks.
