Apartment of about 130 square meters located in the stone farmhouse surrounded by nature Independent entrance, private gazebo and equipped with lights , relaxation area and outdoor dining area. The apartment is equipped with all comforts . Underfloor cooling in the living area and air conditioning in the sleeping area.The wooden furniture in the house was commissioned to local craftsmen who made them respecting the parameters between ancient and modern. For the renovation of the interior ,such as attic and floor , materials recovered from the old farmhouse were reused .

The structure is located about 2KM from the village of Panicale part of the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy and is situated in the hills at an altitude of about 400 meters , with a cool temperature in summer and mild in winter thanks to the proximity of Lake Trasimeno. The favorable location allows you to quickly reach both the most important art cities of Umbria and Tuscany and the wonderful small villages of the region . Numerous activities can be carried out directly at the property such as tasting our organic oils and wines, participate in our Pasta Cooking class, request holistic massages or rental of assisted bicycles , experience the thrill of riding one of our horses for riding lessons or , for the more experienced, horse trekking surrounded by woods, olive groves and vineyards.
