The old fermette from 1850 is a spacious attractive vacation home with all amenities and a large garden. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor a dining room, lounge with wood stove, jukebox and beer cellar, spacious living room with TV corner and large dining table. In the kitchen everything is available, including herbs and spices. The beds are made when you arrive and kitchen linen is provided. In the garden a climbing frame, trampoline, hammock and basketball net. The roof offers the opportunity to sit outside for a long time or to BBQ. The brazier makes your stay even more fun as well as a scottelbraai for outdoor cooking.
Nature and surroundings
Malvoisin is a small Ardennes village with only 300 inhabitants. From the house beautiful hiking and biking trails through the valley of the Houille, a region where there is no mass tourism yet. The watchtower on Croix Scaille is the highest point in the region. Dinant, Bouillon, Han sur Lesse, Rochefort, Rocheaut, Bohan, Vresse sur Semois all within half an hour. In the immediate vicinity plenty of places to eat/drink the artisanal products why the Ardennes are so beloved. Active people can enjoy themselves on the MTB, 3 marked tours right by the house, long walks along castles and discover beautiful panoramas such as Botassar, Rocheaut, Frahan, Park Furfooz, gr126 and even a piece of route to Santiago de Compostella. Info on visit Wallonia Enough space to immerse yourself in nature and relax in the surroundings or the garden. For the motorcyclist also very nice routes and a garage to park the bike.
