The well-developed infrastructure of the climatic health resort of Übersee has a train station and highway access with direct connections to Salzburg and Munich. There are various doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets, organic food stores, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, bars, ice cream parlors, etc. The lake and harbor, the Übersee lido, including a beach bar with a sandy beach, a high ropes course, canoe and SUP rental, restaurants, kiosks, etc. are within walking distance, by bike or by car. The most beautiful sunset on Lake Chiemsee awaits you here!
