detached house of 6a with garden of 11a ending on the small river "Le Bresle''. The house has been renovated but its character has been preserved. A completely new insulated roof was installed in 2019. All windows and doors were completely renewed in 2020. There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, large frigo and freezer(3 compartments).4 bedrooms and landing with 1 bed. 2 bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower.
Nature and surroundings
The region is hilly with interspersed forests and fields.(false flat) The coast( Dieppe, Le Tréport, St Valéry s Somme,Le Crotoy) is 60km. Rouen, Beauvais and Amiens about 50/60km. The "Routes nationale" there are very beautiful and hilly.
