Beautiful spacious modern apartment amidst nature in Doetinchem. Between nature reserve De Zumpe and forest area De Slangenburg located apartment on estate. Doetinchem is known for its hospitality. Cycling in the Achterhoek is a feast. The very spacious (90M2) and complete apartment is rented including fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath and kitchen linen and electric bicycles. The bedroom has two lovely single beds which are standard made up as a double bed. In recent years, nature has been developed around the farm. There are hiking trails with benches. It is worth taking a tour of the property to discover the new nature there. There is also a bee farm on the property. Beekeeper Jan will be happy to show you around. There are also horses, cows (Galloways), sheep and chickens on the property. There is a natural pool where there is a seat to enjoy nature. The apartment has a surrounding view of the estate.
Nature and surroundings
The apartment is located on our estate between the Nature Reserve De Zumpe and Estate and forest "the Slangenburg". Because of its special landscape and wealth of plants and birds (e.g. oriole, green woodpecker, kestrel) De Zumpe is a wonderful place to stroll around, bird watching etc. At the same time, it is also a perfect base for walking and cycling tours, e.g. along the Oude IJssel towards the historic Hanseatic city of Doesburg, or towards the forests and museums of Ruurlo, the hills of Montferland, castle 's Heerenberg. Landgoed de Slangenburg is a beautiful forest with Castle de Slangenburg located in the middle of it . Due to its convenient location near Doetinchem with its extensive catering, shopping and cultural facilities (including the award-winning theater the Amphion) are the ingredients for a successful stay. Due to its proximity to the A18 freeway and Doetinchem train station, the residence is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

What a lovely nature house in the countryside! Fully equipped with all the amenities.
Friendly hosts.
A balcony where you can relax and enjoy plenty of sunshine.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need, and there is plenty of pots, dishes, and silverware.
It’s wonderful to come home after a day out.
At night, we enjoyed the sounds of an owl.
In short: wonderful—just book it!Wat een heerlijk natuurhuisje! Van alle gemakken voorzien.
Vriendelijke gastheer/vrouw.
Kortom: heerlijk, gewoon boeken! The nature house is located on a beautiful, rural property.
You can hear some traffic from the road, but otherwise it’s in a wonderfully quiet setting.
It’s a great place for biking and hiking. There’s a beautiful nature reserve within walking distance.
This text is automatically translated. -

The bathroom was far below par.
Badkamer functioneerde ver onder de maat.
Nice apartment. Looks well-maintained at first glance. Wonderfully quiet. We were greeted very warmly. But the bathroom is subpar. The drain gurgles, there’s a sewer smell, the mechanical ventilation didn’t seem to be working, and the toilet paper holder was installed incorrectly.
Mooi appartement. Ziet er in eerste instantie verzorgd uit. Heerlijk rustig. Erg vriendelijk ontvangen. Maar de badkamer is onder de maat. Afvoer borrelt, rioollucht, mechanische ventilatie leek niet te werken, toiletrolhouder verkeerd geplaatst.
