A spacious and bright house in the beautiful countryside of the Bresse region: an oasis of calm, for cozy enjoyment. You can use the 2 HA of land surrounding the house. We have some chickens roaming around who will provide you with fresh eggs. There is a petanque court and a trampoline on the meadow next to the garden and a swing in the garden that you are free to use. The house has two rooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with terrace, both at the front and a covered terrace at the back with a very long table and a second outdoor kitchen! Room 1: double bed (1m80-2m20) Bathroom 1: bath, toilet and washbasin Room 2: double bed with two separate mattresses (1m80-2m20) Bathroom 2: walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin In room 2 there is the option of a crib (so we offer this if wanted) plus extra separate toilet in the house. Nature and surroundings
An oasis of peace, to cozy up and enjoy the green garden, the woods around for a walk, the ecological swimming pool in the village (in the summer in July & August), a canoe trip, the numerous flea markets, a campfire in the garden, etc. The house is located on the border of Burgundy and Jura. Would you like to go hiking in the mountains of the Jura or do some wine tasting? Do you prefer to explore the charming villages and towns in Burgundy? Then drive just under 30 minutes in the other direction. Or do you like to de-connect for a while? Then you have 2 HA of land to linger on and unwind. On the meadow next to the land where the house is located, we have a mini-camping in the summer months.(Max 20 people). If you like to sit outside privately, there is the front garden (1000 square meters) and the terrace in front of the house, these are completely private for you, where no one comes.

Complete inrichting. Goede bedden. De 2 slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer. En zelfs airco. Weinig op aan te merken, keuken had iets schoner mogen zijn.
