Echappée Belle - Ciel de l'Echappée, upstairs apartment, calm and relaxation assured, very comfortable apartment, well equipped with bathroom with bathtub, toilet in bathroom, with washing machine. Suitable for a maximum of four people, preferably from the same family, and possibly your four-legged companion, on prior request and at extra cost "the stairs are not appreciated by dogs". A fenced garden, shared by the three guest apartments, is at your disposal, as well as a secure parking lot. Shops are within walking distance: two bakeries, a delicatessen, a butcher's shop, a local vegetable shop, a very friendly café, a small bookshop-breakfast-meal establishment, several very welcoming restaurants, a French fry shop, a pizzeria, a Bancontact and a pharmacy. You'll get advice and details on nearby activities, restaurants, walks, etc. that will leave you with beautiful memories.
Nature and surroundings
Echappée Belle, Apparement d'Hôtes, in the heart of a very friendly village, the forest is everywhere around the village, the fagne is very close and the lac de la Gileppe is at the end of the road that leads to Echappée Belle, with a multitude of walks to do in a breathtaking setting in summer and winter. The Francorchamps circuit is less than 20 minutes away, Spa 15 minutes, Liège 30 minutes, Coo, Malmedy, Stoumont etc... The tenant remains fully responsible for any damage, fire, water damage, breakage or loss occurring in the rented accommodation during the rental period, insofar as he/she or an occupant may be held liable. It is expressly stated that the owner does not waive any recourse. The tenant therefore undertakes to cover, via his/her civil liability or holiday insurance, all damage caused to the rented property, to third parties or to the equipment made available.
