Echappée Belle, l'Annexe: peace and relaxation are guaranteed. This very comfortable, well-equipped apartment features an adjoining bathroom with a large shower and a toilet inside the bathroom. It accommodates up to four people; dogs are not allowed. A fenced-in garden, shared by the three guest apartments, is available for your use, as well as secure parking. Shops are within walking distance: two bakeries, a deli, a butcher shop, a local produce stand, a very friendly café, a small shop offering books, breakfast, and meals, several excellent and welcoming restaurants, a fry shop, a pizzeria, a Bancontact ATM, and a pharmacy. We’ll be happy to provide advice and details on nearby activities, restaurants, walks, and more—all of which will leave you with wonderful memories. We’ll welcome you personally.
Nature and surroundings
Echappée Belle, a bed-and-breakfast, is located in the heart of a very charming village, surrounded by forest on all sides; the Fagne is very close by, and Lake Gileppe is at the end of the road leading to L'Echappée Belle, offering a multitude of walks in a breathtaking setting in both summer and winter. The Francorchamps Circuit is less than 20 minutes away, Spa is 15 minutes away, Liège is 30 minutes away, and Coo, Malmedy, Stoumont, etc. The tenant remains fully liable for any damage, fire, water damage, breakage, or incident occurring in the rented property during the rental period, provided that the tenant or an occupant may be held liable. It is expressly stated that the owner does not waive any right to seek recourse. The tenant therefore agrees to cover, through their liability or vacation insurance, all damages caused to the rented property, to third parties, or to the equipment provided.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
