Echappée Belle - Terre d'Echappée, cosy first floor in the countryside, calm and relaxation are guaranteed, very comfortable apartment, well equipped with a communicating bathroom, with a large shower, a toilet in the bathroom, with washing machine. For up to four people, preferably from the same family, and possibly your four-legged friend, on prior request and at extra cost. A fenced garden shared by the three guest apartments is at your disposal, as well as a secure parking lot. Shops are within walking distance: two bakeries, a delicatessen, a butcher's shop, a local vegetable shop, a very friendly café, a small bookshop-breakfast-meal establishment, several very welcoming restaurants, a French fry shop, a pizzeria, a bancontact and a pharmacy. We'll be happy to give you advice and details of nearby activities, restaurants, walks, etc. that will leave you with beautiful memories.
Nature and surroundings
Echappée Belle, Terrede l'Echappée, Apparement d'Hôtes, in the heart of a very friendly village, with forests all around, the fagne nearby and Lac de la Gileppe at the end of the road leading to Echappée Belle, with a multitude of walks to enjoy in a breathtaking setting in summer and winter alike. The Francorchamps circuit is less than 20 minutes away, Spa 15 minutes, Liège 30 minutes, Coo, Malmedy, Stoumont etc... The tenant remains fully responsible for any damage, fire, water damage, breakage or loss occurring in the rented accommodation during the rental period, insofar as he/she or an occupant may be held liable. It is expressly stated that no waiver of recourse is granted by the owner. The tenant therefore undertakes to cover, via his/her civil liability or holiday insurance, all damage caused to the rented property, to third parties or to the equipment made available.
