LOTT SGLB is a 2-4 pers. vacation home with large fenced garden & build-up pool (mid June to 1st we Sept). This delightful detached completely renovated vacation home is located in a beautiful natural setting. A vacation home with a bright feel due to the interior and light through the large sliding doors at the back and 2 windows at the front. The vacation home consists of three floors: Ground floor: cozy living room with open kitchen and wood stove for early and late season. 1st floor: spacious bedroom with lovely box-spring beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, (separate) toilet. 2nd floor: spacious bedroom with 2 box-spring beds. Both bedrooms can be called master bedrooms. Outside: private garden of 600 m2, covered wooden porch 20 m2, garden furniture, outdoor BBQ, large terrace, private build-up pool, private parking with charging point. A top vacation home for two, family, friend or as a Work- or Youcation. Your four-legged friend is welcome.
Nature and surroundings
A lovely house very centrally located in the middle of France. Beautiful swimming lakes nearby and nice cities like Limoges and Brive-la Gaillarde at 30 minutes by car. This is also a perfect house to stay during a stopover on the way to the South of France, Spain or Portugal. Actually you do not want to go out when you stay here. If you go anyway, there are beautiful cycling and hiking trails, if desired we can place 2 electric bikes, beautiful picturesque French villages, markets and flea markets for everyone there is something to do. A lovely house as a family with large garden and pool, Perfect base for a vacation with his two or vriedenstel to make day trips to such cities, castles, caves or waterfalls to visit. Not to mention the marché du producteurs in high season, Suitable for young and old and booking all year round. Are we going to see you?

Nature, peace & environment:Het huisje heeft een prachtig uitzicht en in de omgeving hebben wij mooie wandelingen kunnen maken met onze honden.
