Nature house in Alle

Very relaxed, beautiful surroundings and beautiful views. For the second time in this nature house and wonderfully enjoyed, we would have liked to stay much longer, unfortunately duty calls. It is a small village but within walking distance a few restaurants, a very cozy tavern, supermarket the Spar and pharmacy. Also a recreation center very close by.

Heel relaxed!, mooie omgeving en prachtig uitzicht. Voor de tweede keer in dit natuurhuisje en heerlijk genoten, we hadden veel langer willen blijven, helaas de plicht roept. Het is een klein dorpje maar op wandelafstand een paar restaurants, een hele gezellige taverne, supermarkt de Spar en apotheek. Ook een recreatiecentrum heel dichtbij.

Positively surprised by the beauty of the Ardennes locally, especially in autumn! For us it was a bit difficult to bring all bedding, towels etc, but it was well worth the effort.

Positief verrast door de schoonheid van de Ardennen ter plaatse, juist in de herfst! Voor ons was het een beetje lastig om alle beddengoed, handdoeken etc mee te nemen, maar het was de moeite meer dan waard.

Nice cottage, the front room is a big plus, we sat there regularly to have breakfast, eat, read etc. The garden was ideal for our dogs, nice and big and enclosed. Beds (downstairs) slightly sagging, but that was actually not a problem, we slept well. The TV has Proximus which also allowed us to watch Netflix. 3 sofas (brown plain upholstery - all but one - no flowers as pictured) and a nice lazy armchair. Don't expect luxury, the view, garden and location more than make up for it. The owner lives elsewhere, but the managers (next door to the cottage) were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!

Lekker huisje, de voorkamer is een dikke plus, we hebben daar regelmatig gezeten om te ontbijten, eten, lezen etc. De tuin was voor onze hondjes ideaal, lekker groot en afgesloten. Bedden (beneden) iets verzakt, maar dat was eigenlijk geen probleem, we hebben goed geslapen. De TV heeft Proximus waardoor we ook Netflix hebben kunnen kijken. 3 bankstellen (bruine effen bekleding - op één na - geen bloemetjes zoals op de foto) en een lekkere luie fauteuil. Verwacht geen luxe, het uitzicht, tuin en locatie maken het meer dan goed. De eigenaar woont elders, maar de beheerders (naast het huisje) waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker volgend jaar weer terug!

Wonderfully enjoyed, beautiful view! The area is perfect, walking distance to the village with a few restaurants, tavern and a Spar for groceries (not more expensive than the big supermarkets). You cross a small road and you are on the water. Next to the cottage is the kayak rental of the managers of the cottage, it can sometimes be busy there, but we actually had little trouble with that. Sometimes some up and down of cars. If you turn right from the cottage you come out at the Recrealle, a fairly large activity center with not only kayaking opportunities, but also obstacle courses, bouncy castles, bowling, restaurant (good food) etc. To the left you go to the village. The woods are also nearby, but it is a steep walk uphill. Nearby, by car, lots of things to see and do.

Heerlijk genoten, prachtig uitzicht! De omgeving is perfect, op wandelafstand van het dorp met een paar restaurantjes, taverne en een Spar voor de boodschappen (niet duurder dan de grote supermarkten). Je steekt een kleine weg over en je zit aan het water. Naast het huisje is de kajakverhuur van de beheerders van het huisje, daar kan het soms druk zijn, maar we hebben daar eigenlijk weinig last van gehad. Soms wel wat op en af van auto's. Als je vanuit het huisje naar rechts gaat kom je bij de Recrealle uit, een redelijk groot activiteitencentrum met naast Kajak mogelijkheden, ook hindernissenparcours, springkussens, bowlen, restaurant (lekker eten) etc. Naar de linkerkant ga je naar het dorp. De bossen zijn ook dichtbij, maar het is een steile wandeling naar boven. In de buurt, met de auto, heel veel te zien en te doen.
