Nature house in Bohinjska Bistrica

We received a friendly welcome and were given some tips. The cottage was clean, the bathroom is relatively small, but all other rooms are fine. There are good beds and the seating areas around the house are perfect for enjoying the surroundings. The cottage is well stocked with pans and dishes.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen wat tips mee. Het huisje was schoon, de badkamer is relatief klein, maar alle andere ruimtes zijn prima. Er zijn goede bedden en de zitjes rondom het huis zijn perfect om van de omgeving te genieten. Het huisje is ruim voorzien van pannen en servies.

The cottage is in a quiet area, there are several (vacation) cottages, but they are scattered across the "alpine meadow". Our only neighbors were a couple of cows. There is a beautiful view of the mountains, which you can enjoy in several seating areas. The cottage is located about 25 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Bohinje Lake and Bled. The nature in the area is beautiful.

Het huisje ligt in een rustige omgeving, er zijn wel meerdere (vakantie)huisjes, maar die liggen verspreid over de "alpenweide". Onze enige buren waren een paar koeien. Er is een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen, waarvan je in verschillende zitjes kan genieten. Het huisje is op circa 25 minuten van de drukte van Bohinje Lake en Bled gelegen. De natuur in de omgeving is schitterend.

The biggest assets of the house are without doubt the beautiful surroundings and the wide views.It is a charming and solid house with enough amenities, but do not expect great luxury.It is very nice that there is a covered terrace and another second terrace at the carport in the garden in front of the house.

De grootste troeven van het huis zijn zonder twijfel de prachtige omgeving en de weidse uitzichten.
Het is een charmant en degelijk huis met voldoende voorzieningen, maar verwacht geen grote luxe.
Het is heel fijn dat er een overdekt terras is en nog een tweede terras aan de carport in de tuin voor het huis.

This cottage really has a fantastic location with incredible views of the mountains, the forests, the valley and the clouds. You can't get tired of this! The surrounding nature is breathtakingly beautiful. In the immediate vicinity you have many opportunities for hiking on steep mountain sides, in valleys with mountain rivers and waterfalls or around the lakes (Bohinj, Bled, ...). If you want to experience the famous Vintgar Gorge in peace and quiet, go early in the morning to avoid crowds and queues, and we also recommend surfing on Lake Bohinj (via Iziboats). There are also plenty of other sporting activities you can do there (mountain biking, paragliding, tobogganing, ...). The beautiful nature makes it extraordinary!

Dit huisje heeft werkelijk een fantastische ligging met ongelooflijke vergezichten van de bergen, de bossen, het dal en de wolken. Hier raak je niet op uitgekeken! De omgevende natuur is adembenemend mooi. In de directe omgeving heb je veel mogelijkheden tot wandelen op steile bergflanken, in valleien met bergrivieren en watervallen of rond de meren (Bohinj, Bled, ...). Als je de beroemde Vintgar-kloof in alle rust wil ervaren, ga dan 's morgens vroeg om drukte en wachtrijen te vermijden.
Suppen op het meer van Bohinj raden we ook aan (via Iziboats). Er zijn ook tal van andere sportieve activiteiten die je er kan doen (mountain bike, paragliden, rodelen, ...). De prachtige natuur maakt het buitengewoon!
