Cozy wooden house with a crackling open fire 3km from the Sauerland. Breathtaking views of treetops and the Eder valley - from the balcony or terrace. Hike straight away, enjoy oases in the forest garden. On certified hiking trails that start close to the house. The Eder cycle path is approx. 1 km away. Additional infrared heaters are installed in the bathroom. The fireplace has storage stones for longer warmth. Firewood is only available in winter for burning in the cottage with half a basket per day. It is beech wood, which heats for longer. Games, puzzles, books, DVDs and TV are available. From May onwards, guests must water my plants daily if necessary. The pictures are taken from the inhabited cottage. My cell phone has good reception. It is important that no other pets are allowed except for a dog. The dog must not be in heat and must not be marked in the house + be well behaved.
Nature and surroundings
On the edge of the geographical Sauerland. with a view of the Sackpfeife in the hiking fairy tale land Burgwald-Ederbergland. The first hiking trail starts 50 meters from the house. Enjoy oases in the forest garden at the house. 1km away is a very romantic beautiful place on the Eder (river). The ski resorts Winterberg, Medebach - Hallenberg - Schlossberg and Bromskirchen are within easy reach by car. Marburg, Bad Berleburg (with Wisentpark nearby) Frankenberg, Battenberg with their worth seeing, OLD TOWNS and partly castles also. To the Edersee it can also be driven in less than an hour Tierpark The Eder cycle path is about 1 km away. In the village there are bakers, Edeka, butchers, a kebab shop, an Italian restaurant. With train and call cab and a good kilometer to walk you are also independent of the car.
