A wonderful place to completely unwind, surrounded by nature. Our vacation home is very suitable for people looking for peace and quiet, but also for families. The house is fresh, modern and child-friendly and provides a nice environment. In addition to the comfort of underfloor heating, you can enjoy a wood stove, garden doors and a spacious terrace and tipi. The house also includes a relaxation room with a sauna and wood stove (optional extra). All firewood is free of charge. The kitchen is practical, complete and equipped with all modern appliances. Lievelde is located in the triangle Winterswijk, Groenlo, Lichtenvoorde, in one of the most beautiful places in the Achterhoek. Surrounded by the green tranquility of vast forests, meadows and historic towns and Hanseatic cities. Almost nowhere in the Netherlands is the variety of landscape so varied; forests, meadows, flower beds, streams, hedges, farms and castles form a beautiful coulisse landscape. The many peat bogs, the national landscape with its ashes, wooded banks and raised bogs provide many beautiful routes. Come hiking and / or cycling. From the recreation house, in the Schans, lies the historic site the "English Schans". This played a major role in the "Battle of Grolle" in 1627.
