Welcome to this nature house! On a small quiet forest park between Zutphen and Lochem, you will find this fine cottage for 5 people. The house is modernly furnished. Spacious (high ceiling) fully furnished and fully equipped. The living room has a cozy sitting area with sofa, armchair, TV and mood lighting. There is a dining area and in the cupboard you will find plenty of glassware and plates. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, a stove, microwave, dishwasher and several individual appliances such as a kettle, food processor, coffee maker and milk frother. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a closet. One bedroom with a bunk bed and small storage cabinets on the wall. A bedroom with a single bed. There is a spacious bathroom: large walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. The house has two terraces, there is always a shady or sunny spot. It is lovely to bathe here in greenery!
Nature and surroundings
On the largest terrace is a large picnic bench that can be made into a regular bench. You are in the middle of the forest (there is a forest plot around the house). tHuisinhetbos is a wonderful place to get away from it all. The house is very light because of the many windows. It offers plenty of privacy. The house is located on De Witte Berken, a small recreation park. This park has no facilities, barrier or reception. Ideal for tranquility and nature lovers. Within walking distance there is a swimming pond. At the cottage there is private parking for 2 cars. The woodland garden measures 1200m2 and runs into nature reserve Het Grote Veld. A vast walking and cycling area with beautiful routes in a very wooded and heather rich environment, including a recognized silence area. Bicycle and walking maps available! Lochem is 10 min by bike, Zutphen 10 min by car. There you will find everything you need. Supermarkets, public transport, restaurants, stores, museums. In the area is plenty to do.
