The Garden House is located in a quiet, rural area 3.5 km from Gorredijk. The cottage is detached and has beautiful unobstructed views in front and back. Regularly the cows in the pasture behind and the sheep in the pasture at the front. At the rear a lovely spacious terrace with veranda, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening while enjoying a drink. The cottage has a spacious living room with very well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor ( 1 X double bed and 2 X single bed) with excellent box spring beds and a spacious luxury bathroom with rain shower and double sink. All new, built in the spring of 2022. For the children there is a small playground in front of the house. The garden at the cottage can be closed for your pet. At the cottage there is ample parking, possibly there is also an electric charging station.
Nature and surroundings
From the Garden House you can make wonderful cycling and walking tours. The area has much to offer, such as the beautiful Oranjewoud with the museum 'Belvedère', the forests around Beetsterzwaag, the Drents-Friese forest and in the north the Alde Feanen. There are cycling and walking routes in the cottage. Also worth visiting are several beautiful Frisian cities, such as Dokkum, Makkum, Sloten, Hindelopen, Leeuwarden and Franeker. What a complete and cozy cottage, very good beds so we woke up rested, a delicious breakfast, beautiful views and serene tranquility experienced We were kindly received by the owner, clear explanation. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, duidelijke uitleg . In het huisje lag een map met alle info die we nodig hadden, daarbij ook tips voor de omgeving . Een dikke aanrader dus en zullen dit ook mondeling aangeven bij vrienden en bekenden
