Nature house in Balchik

Beautifully located detached vacation home of Dutch owner with full sea panorama. Location is exactly between the beautiful port town of Balchik and Albena Resort. Private pool and hot tub. The house is very rural but accessible by car and public transport. There is electricity and hot and cold water. Two toilets and two showers. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric hobs, microwave and a convection oven. There is TV with DVD and a washing machine. No Wifi but coverage via 4G. If you come in early spring or autumn, you can top up the house with some electric radiators if desired. The pool is filled by default in summer but not in spring and autumn. However, there are several pools in the vicinity. In addition to a pool, the house has a large garden with unlimited privacy. Varna airport (Wizzair, easyJet, Ryanair) is located about 45 minutes drive away. Varna itself is also about 45 minutes drive.

No further construction is allowed in the area because the house is located in an area where migratory birds fly over and stay. Furthermore, the botanical gardens of Balchik are easy to visit. If you come by public transport, you should consider walking uphill on a partly poorly paved road. You can ask the microbus downstairs to stop but you are not right in front of the house. You must therefore be well on your feet if you want to stay in the house without a car/motorbike. For shopping you can go to several supermarkets in Balchik including Lidl. There are also several non-stop stores within walking distance. The house is an ideal base for families who love the sea and beach but also like to spend a few days in and around the house. Because the house is located by the sea, the weather is usually very good and never too hot as further inland.
